Death Becomes Her

Here lies my hard drive.

Replaced only three years ago, its sudden death came as a shock. To say "life goes on," is simply untrue. How could I possibly move on without technology?

Yet, I must.

I must slog through.

Remembering every account log in and password, dealing with every update imaginable, including the incompatibility of the older software with the newer operating system demands. I just never imagined it would be this hard, even with an updated backup.

Alas, such is the role of the living.
